The talk outlines three core themes of women in tech with Invisible Disabilities (IDs), including themes around career, skillset, safe spaces, and self-worth . The goal is to provoke conversations about IDs and other tough topics in the workplace. These are crucial conversations to have to develop new methods of talking about disability and diversity in an ever-evolving workspace. The research highlights real life examples, evolution of work practices, and outcomes of conversation about disability.

Power of Coachability

This workshop uses multiple learning strategies (written exercises, conversation, role play, and group practice) so both groups and individuals more readily develop new techniques and skills around coachability, using coachable language with colleagues, and integrating these into work and life.

Internal Career development

My goals are to help determine employee next steps, assist, support action, and celebrate successes small and large.  Empathy is used as a method to foster success in career goals. This is an interactive process requiring energy, readiness, and an open mind from all involved.
